Structural features of cartridge pulse dust collector
Structural features of cartridge pulse dust collector
1. Cartridge-type pulse dust collector is a dust collector or pulse injection with a filter cartridge as the filter element. Filter cartridges can be divided into oblique insertion type, side-mounting type, hoisting type and top-mounting type according to the installation method.
2. Cartridge pulse dust collectors can be divided into long fiber polyester cartridge dust collectors, composite fiber cartridge dust collectors, antistatic cartridge dust collectors, flame retardant cartridge dust collectors, coated cartridge dust collectors, nano filter cartridge dust collectors, etc. according to the filter cartridge material.
3. The structure of the filter cartridge pulse dust collector consists of an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe, a box, an ash hopper, a dust cleaning device, a diversion device, an air flow distribution plate, a filter cartridge and an electronic control device. It is similar to the structure of an air box pulse bag dust collector.

4. The arrangement of the filter cartridge in the dust collector of the cartridge-type pulse dust collector is very important. It can be installed vertically on the cabinet panel or tilted on the panel. From the perspective of dust removal effect, vertical arrangement is more reasonable. The lower part of the flower board is the filter chamber, and the upper part is the air box pulse chamber. The air flow distribution plate is installed at the inlet of the dust collector.
5. The resistance of the cartridge pulse dust collector increases with the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter material. When the resistance reaches the specified value, the dust is cleared, and the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve.
6. Cut off the filtered air flow, and then open the electromagnetic pulse valve. The compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box in a short period of time and flows into the filter cartridge, causing the cartridge type pulse dust collector to expand, deform, and vibrate. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper.
7. After the dust cleaning is completed, close the electromagnetic pulse valve, open the poppet valve, and filter the cavity again. Cleaning should be carried out in each room in sequence, and a cleaning cycle should start from the cleaning of the room to the next cleaning. The falling dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash valve.
8. Cartridge-type pulse dust collectors are widely used in cement, steel, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industrial fields.
